The new What On Earth Is Happening web site is now online, with a new look and layout, organized with the free, open-source content management system, Joomla.  This will allow for much greater flexibility when it comes to getting new content up on the site.  Comments and suggestions are welcome.  Special thanks to Mike Burlacu for introducing me to Joomla and helping me with the basics.
